For over two decades, I’ve guided people through movement, creative expression, and personal development—helping them build confidence, presence, and self-awareness in real, tangible ways.

Today, that experience is woven into everything I offer—from The Energy Resolve Method sessions to Human Design sessions to creative work behind the camera.

This allows me to meet people not just conceptually—but practically, emotionally, and energetically.
